- 뉘른베르크에서의 집중 독일어 프로그램 스프라슐레 악티브 뉘른베르크 어학원은 독일인으로 구성된 숙련된 강사진이며, 소규모로 수업이 진행됩니다. 학생 개인마다 부족한 점들을 바로 보충해줄수 있어 독일어 실력이 빠르게 향상됩니다. 집중 독일어 프로그램은 초보자인 A1부터 A2, B1, B2, C1, C2까지 있습니다. 독일어 초보자라면 어학원에서 실시되는 온라인 레벨테스트로 반이 나뉘게 됩니다. 원하는 레벨에서 시작후 C2까지 독일어를 마스터 하실수 있습니다. A1 (A1.1, A1.2), A2 (A2.1, A2.2,) B1 (B1.1, B1.2), B2 (B2.1, B2.2), C1 그리고 C2. 집중 프로그램에서는 Telc-Examination for German까지 대비하실 수 있습니다. 수업 도중에 시험에 대비, 연습하실 수 있으며 추가적인 시험대비 프로그램은 수강 안하셔도 됩니다. 독일어 레벨들을 취득하실떄마다 각 레벨에 맞는 수료증도 같이 제공해드립니다.

수업목표, 장점 : 이 프로그램의 목표는 독일 대학교에 들어갈 수 있는 레벨취득과 Telc 수료증입니다. 집중 프로그램에서는 Telc-Examination for German까지 대비하실 수 있습니다. 수업 도중에 시험에 대비, 연습하실 수 있으며 추가적인 시험대비 프로그램은 수강 안하셔도 됩니다. 독일어 레벨들을 취득하실떄마다 각 레벨에 맞는 수료증도 같이 제공해드립니다.
커리큘럼 : 수업은 두가지의 큰 틀에서 진행됩니다. 말하기+쓰기 그리고 읽기+듣기. Telc 시험전에 모의고사를 볼수 있습니다.

Sprachschule Aktiv Nürnberg. Terms and conditions Enrolment language courses – Beginning and duration – Conditions of payment The enrollment in a group-, private- or business course is the conclusion of a contract between the enrolee and Sprachschule Aktiv Nürnberg. Possible ways for the enrollment are in a written way or via the online-form.
The customer is legally bound to pay the course fee within 14 days or latest at the start of the course. The course fee can be paid either in cash or via bank transfer.
The legal obligation to pay the course fee also persists in case the classes are not or partly visited.
General Terms One teaching unit is 45 minutes. Most of the teacher at Sprachschule Aktiv Nürnberg are native speakers . Nevertheless there is no right or claim on a certain teacher. Sprachschule Aktiv Nürnberg reserves the right to change or replace a teacher during the courses.
Sprachschule Aktiv Nürnberg always tries to make an effort to reach the planned contents and goals and always tries to prepare the students as reasonable as possible for internal or external exams. Nevertheless Sprachschule Aktiv Nürnberg takes no responsibility whatsoever that the students reach a certain level at a certain time or pass any exam.
The amount of the course fee correlates with the duration of the course, not with the achievement of a certain language level.
On public holidays courses do not take place. There is no additional appointment for those classes and the customer has no right to a refund or a partly refund.
Sprachschule Aktiv reserves the right to classify students, even if they have booked a different level, into the level that fits to their actual skill. This classification results from a certified placement test. This special classification does not give the customer the right to extraordinarily terminate the contract.
The prices of Sprachschule Aktiv Nürnberg do not include the German sales tax. As an educational institution we are exempt from value added tax.

학교 신청 후 14일 안에 취소 할 수 있는 권리가 있습니다. 취소의 경우 취소하는 이유를 적은 사유서를 적어야 합니다. 수업이 시작하여 14일이 지난 경우 취소는 불가능하고 전액의 수업료도 환불 불가능합니다. 학교가 사인된 application form을 만든 결과, 수업 취소는 불가능합니다. 수업을 철회하거나 취소할 경우 이메일로 통보할 수 있습니다. 이메일: nuernberg@sprachschule-aktiv.de 나 메일: Sprachschule Aktiv Nürnberg, Winklerstraße 12, 90403 Nürnberg. 취소후 14일 이후에는 신청서가 모두 파기됩니다.
The booking of the language courses is made for a predetermined period of time respectively a predetermined number of lessons (teaching units) for private or inhouse courses.
In case the student is not able to attend to the class, he has no right to attend to an extra meeting or lesson or a partial refund of the paid course fee. The student has, after attending to the first lesson (trial lesson = 45 minutes) at the beginning of the course, the right to cancel the contract. The cancelation needs to be made in writing within 24 hours after the trial lesson and does not require any reasons.
If the student decides to continue with the course, the trial lesson is a part of the booked contingent and not free.
Sprachschule Aktiv can, in exceptional cases, decide to change the teacher. This does not allow the student to cancel the course.
Sprachschule Aktiv Nürnberg reserves the right to postpone a course in case the necessary number of participants (4 persons) is not reached, until it is reached. Absence does not count as deregistration and does not free the student from the legal obligation to pay the course fee.
In case the student does not show up to the course anymore or declares that he will not continue with the course, the total amount of the course fee is due at once.
In case of a paying by installments the whole agreement loses validity, if one of the due rates is not paid. In that case the total amount of the course fee is due at once.
Special terms for visacourses: During registration, the customer must specifically state that the registration is made for a Visa course. A Visa course is every course that enables the recipient of the course confirmation to apply for any Visa at any responsible government authority.Special regulations for visa courses: for the registration for language courses that are required for obtaining a visa, the following terms apply:
Eligible for refund (deducting a 250 € administrative fee) if both of the following requirements are met:
1. I have informed Sprachschule Aktiv in written form and before the course start that I will not be able to attend the course as planned because I will not be in Germany in time to start the course.
AND
2. I have presented the official notice of rejection within four months after the initial date of the course start.
Not eligible for refund if at least one of the following points applies:
1. I have not informed Sprachschule Aktiv in written form that I will not attend the course.
OR
2. I have not presented the official notice of rejection within four months after the initial course start.
If your visa application is rejected by the responsible authorities, you are eligible for a refund of the amount paid, deducting a 250 € administrative fee, if the official notice of rejection is presented within a four month period after the initial course start. The customer is only eligible for a refund if Sprachschule Aktiv was informed about the deferral in written form before the initial course start.
If the course can not be attended as defined in the course confirmation, Sprachschule Aktiv has to be informed in written form before the date of the course start.
If Sprachschule Aktiv has not been informed, the customer is not eligible for a refund, even if the official rejection letter is presented at a later point in time.
If the customer informs Sprachschule Aktiv in written form about a deferral of the visa application process before the initial date of the course start, the customer may postpone the course start for up to four months without any further costs.
If the visa is rejected after the initial date of the course start, the official notice of rejection must be presented within a 4 month period after the initial date of the course start in order to be eligible for a refund of the prepayment.
Effective for all registrations for Visa courses from 04.09.2019 onwards.
Telc exam cancelation The registration and enrolment for a telc exam is binding and the legal obligation to pay is still valid, even if the participant does not take part in the exam. If the participant is sick on the exam day, there is the possibility of a cancelation with a doctor’s certificate. In that case a cancelation fee in the amount of 80.00 € is due at once.
Special terms for private and inhouse course When booking a private or inhouse course, the starting time of the lessons can be agreed on directly with the teacher or the administration of Sprachschule Aktiv Nürnberg.
The booked contingent is defined for at least one month after booking, areal and temporally.
In case the customer does not attend to the classes, there is no right for a replacement or refund of the course fee. Moreover there is no right to cancel a booked course after the cancelation time has run out, if the customer or the company does not want to attned the lessons any longer.
In case the student is not able to take part in an appointed meeting, the teacher or Sprachschule Aktiv have to be informed until latest 24 hours before the class starts, either written or by telefone to postpone the class.
In case the class is canceled within 24 hours before the appointment, there is no right to another lesson.
For each meeting with private or inhouse courses the customer is obliged to book at lease two teaching units.
Booked teaching units have to be claimed within one year. Teaching units, that have not been claimed, expire one year after the contract was made.
There is no refund of booked teaching units.
Special terms for low number of participants: In case an intensive course has less than 7 participants, the course hours will, on equal terms of payment, be shortened from 4 teaching units to 3 teaching units.
In case an intensive course has 2-3 participants, 2 teaching units per day, 45 minutes each, will be held on equal terms of payment.
If the number of participants is too low, Sprachschule Aktiv Nürnberg reserves the right to annul or postpone the course. In that case, the students will be informed duly.
After notice of the annulment or postponement, the customer has, within a 5 day time limit, the right to cancel the course. This legally relevant act has to made in writing.
In case the participant does not declare anything within five days, he will automatically be registered for the next course, that takes place.

Likewise Sprachschule Aktiv Nürnberg does not take any legal liability for theft or burglary and damages of property within the school. In case the contract has been made in the school with the signed application form, the customer does not have the right to cancel the contract.
The withdrawal or cancelation can either be made via e-mail to the following address: nuernberg@sprachschule-aktiv.de or by mail to the following address: Sprachschule Aktiv Nürnberg, Winklerstraße 12, 90403 Nürnberg. After the 14 days of cancelation time limit a withdrawal from the contract is no longer possible. In case the student is not able to take part in an appointed meeting, the teacher or Sprachschule Aktiv have to be informed until latest 24 hours before the class starts, either written or by telefone to postpone the class.
In case the class is canceled within 24 hours before the appointment, there is no right to another lesson.
For each meeting with private or inhouse courses the customer is obliged to book at lease two teaching units.
Booked teaching units have to be claimed within one year. Teaching units, that have not been claimed, expire one year after the contract was made.
There is no refund of booked teaching units.
Special terms for low number of participants: In case an intensive course has less than 7 participants, the course hours will, on equal terms of payment, be shortened from 4 teaching units to 3 teaching units.
In case an intensive course has 2-3 participants, 2 teaching units per day, 45 minutes each, will be held on equal terms of payment.
If the number of participants is too low, Sprachschule Aktiv Nürnberg reserves the right to annul or postpone the course. In that case, the students will be informed duly.
After notice of the annulment or postponement, the customer has, within a 5 day time limit, the right to cancel the course. This legally relevant act has to made in writing.
In case the participant does not declare anything within five days, he will automatically be registered for the next course, that takes place.

코로나로 인해 수업 한달 중 이주만 오프라인으로 했는데 선생님들 열정이 넘치고 재밌어요! 학원 사람들도 친절해요
뉘른베르크라는 지역을 잘 몰라서 처음 선택했을때는 조금 걱정도 됐었는데 후회없고요, 너무 잘 한 선택이라고 생각이 듭니다! 도시가 크지않아서 산책겸 걸어서 이동할 수 있는것도 너무 좋아요. 숙소는 저렴하고 요청사항도 금방 들어줍니다.
