아칸소 주립 대학의 집중 영어 프로그램은 학생들에게 수업과 타 문화 활동을 통해 영어적 기술을 터득하게 해줄 것입니다. 매일 진행되는 수업과 자습 가이드, 그리고 실제 경험들을 통해 학생들은 더 유창한 영어실력을 가질 뿐 아니라 미국의 대학에서 성공적인 성과를 거둘 수 있을 것입니다.

수업목표, 장점 :

-PC를 사용한 영어수업(ESL해당)

커리큘럼 :

영어 집중 프로그램은 6개의 레벨로 구성된 종합 프로그램입니다. 기초, 초급과 고급으로 이루어져 있으며 주 5일제 수업으로 진행되고 하루에 최소 4시간 수업하게 됩니다. 한 반은 15명이 넘지 않으며 교사와 학생의 비율은 11:1정도 입니다. 상호교환적이고 역동적인 코스는 학생들이 대학 수준에서 요구되는 듣기 능력, 노트 테이킹 기술, 발표 능력 등을 길러줄 것입니다. 또한, 수업은 학생 중심으로 진행되어 그룹활동, 짝활동, 전체 토의 등 학생들이 조금 더 적극적으로 수업에 임할 수 있도록 할 것입니다.
